You can extend any drive of your computer, but some problem can occur because of discontinuous space. For e.g. if c: drive is form 0 to 10000 sectors and d: is from 10001 to 20000 sectors, then u can extend d: drive easily if u have some unpartition space(say from 20001 to 21000), but u can't extend ur c: drive because c: can't take space discontinuously i.e. 0 to 10000 and then from 20001 to 21000.

You can extend your drive by just going to "computer management", then select "Disk Magement" in left list, then first shrink your any drive which has some free space(right click on the drive and select shrink option), to make some unpartition space, then select the drive which you want to extend, right click on it and choose extend option.
